Most of my Joomla templates and Drupal themes are released under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike license.
You may:
- use the designs free of charge on as many websites as you like
- distribute them under the same or a similar license
- modify them
- share your modifications with others
But you may not:
- remove the visible and invisible credits from the download files (the backlink to this website).
- use the designs commercially: this means that you may not sell them but you can use them on a website where you sell or advertise your own products.
Foliage and the dKit theme framework are excepted from the Creative Commons license.
Foliage is available for download at drupal.org and therefore it is licensed under the GPL. The dKit framework is dual licensed under the GPL and MIT.
Nevertheless it is appreciated if you keep the links also on those themes.
If you decide to donate a decent amount of $15 per theme you can remove the backlink to FreeCmsDesigns.
