The theme is source-ordered: the content column comes before the left and right columns in the XHTML source.
It supports Logo, Site name (as value for the logo's "alt" attribute), Mission statement, User pictures, Shortcut icon, Primary and Secondary links.
Please note that the content column is too narrow for admin/build/themes and for the track pages. And so the right column has been hidden on those pages.
